Today a new employee calls. Most clueless. Doesn’t even know the AC is in the workshop. Quotes a previous mechanics name. Tells me to go to Daikin. Then quotes old mechanic. The totally confused, decides to call back in 2 minutes. Been 3 hours since.

Feels like I’m begging a girlfriend who blocked me, to communicate. The bot decides “if” you are good enough to get a call. Or else you wait and wish and hope and pray. Each technician repeats m same process every single time. Talk about toxic relationship
