@kent_customer The service id 241027-05519 is pending over 3 weeks and still no technician has attended to my problem. This is a disgrace in the name of customer satisfaction and it seems that I have made a bigger mistake in buying the water purifier.

@RailMinIndia I have an infant of 1 year and travelling on 1st Nov to my native place. My wife and I are allotted UB and MB in 3AC when booked through IRCTC. My old parents are given SL and SU. PNR is 6917289420. Will be a difficult journey if not modified with an infant.

@IFBAppliances There is an installing request raised 2010140802 yesterday. It's been more than 30 hrs now and no body has visited my place for installation. It is really painful now and dissatisfactory attitude towards the customer.

@boAtSupport1 I am not able to chat. So what about products that are out of warranty. There is no option to repair any product. Pathetic after service. I am done with boat. Will never again buy or suggest anyone to buy boat because you do not have any after service.

@RockWithboAt Why do not have a better after service? I cannot fix a damage product even if I want to pay. There is no service center of Boat near me and I want to fix a simple eardrope whose magnet inside got misplaced. Its a simple fix but no service is being provided.

@amangupta0303 How to fix a damage airdope that I have bought? I got a message that the product is damaged and it ll not come under warranty. Its a simple misplace of the magnet inside an ear bud and it can be fixed. But there is no after service to fix such product.

@CarebyHDFC_HL My file#619933886 and the loan is in closed. I went to collect the original documents submitted. As per the letter receievd from HDFC for the list of documents submitted, two documents were misssing but the staffs were not ready to give in writting about the same.

Did not have a good exeperience and it seems that the manager and the staff were convincing me to take the documents whatever are present and asking us to followup with higher authority but they wont mention anywhere about the missing documents by themseleves.

@CarebyHDFC_HL Hi.. There is some mistake in the data entry of mode of payment. The total EMI amount for the individual bank accounts has some mistake. I have mailed the same yesterday but yet not received any update. This needs to be looked into asap

I have been filing income tax honestly mam since 2011, the year I started working and now with a false claim, i have been fined. I am a common middleclass who has harassed without any fault of mine. Very frustrated with the system.

@nsitharamanoffc In 2016, I was given Gratuity by my employer for working more than 4 years and 240 days. It was given my employer as per their policy. Now I have been fined saying that I under reported the income by Income tax because i had not completed 5 years in the company.
