My TVS Jupiter has had defects since day one, and the issue is still unresolved despite complaints. The staff at Cresando TVS are unprofessional and speak disrespectfully.

Extremely poor service from TVS Motor Company.

For 6 days I’ve been hearing “backend team will call” — NO CALL received.

At TVS Crescendo, staff behaved rudely. Even GM Sumit Kumar showed no responsibility.

Is this how customers are treated?

Very poor experience with TVS Crescendo. Staff behaved rudely, and even the General Manager Sumit Kumar did not allow me to take a photo of the job card. Unacceptable

My new TVS Jupiter 110 has had problems since day one, and even after multiple complaints, there is no proper resolution. The service quality is extremely poor and not what customers expect from TVS.
