#BREAKING Calcutta High Court declines to dismiss a plea by Mamata Banerjee-led TMC to operate their bank accounts which had been frozen by the WB Police.

State argued that the plea must be dismissed since the TMC had lost claim over the accounts since the Election Commission had passed an interim order separating both factions as Mamata-AITC and Democratic-TMC, whereas the bank accounts were lying in the name of All India Trinamool Congress.

পরিচ্ছন্ন পশ্চিমবঙ্গের লক্ষ্যে আমাদের সংকল্প 'স্বচ্ছতা সংকল্প অভিযান'। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের নগরোন্নয়ন ও পৌর বিষয়ক দপ্তর আয়োজিত ৩ দিনের রাজ্যব্যাপী পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও ডেঙ্গু প্রতিরোধ অভিযান সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। স্বচ্ছতা সংকল্প অভিযানে ২২টি জেলার ১২৮টি পুরসভার ১৬০০-র বেশি ওয়ার্ডে পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও ডেঙ্গু প্রতিরোধে স্বচ্ছতা অভিযান চলেছে;

কর্মসূচিতে;
:- ৬,০৬৫টি অবরুদ্ধ নর্দমা পরিষ্কার করা হয়েছে
:- ১,৬০৮টি জায়গায় ছড়িয়ে থাকা জঞ্জাল পরিষ্কার করা হয়েছে
:- ৪,৫১১টি রাস্তার ধারে জমে থাকা জঞ্জাল সাফাই করা হয়েছে
:- ২৭,৩৭৮টি জায়গায় মশার প্রজননস্থল ধ্বংস করার উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করা হয়
:- বাজার, হাট, স্কুল-কলেজ, সরকারি দফতর ও স্বাস্থ্যকেন্দ্রে মতো গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রতিষ্ঠানের চত্বরে পরিচ্ছন্নতা অভিযান
চালানো হয়:
* ১,১০৬টি বাজার ও হাট
* ১,৩০৪টি স্কুল ও কলেজ চত্বর
* ৫৪৪টি সরকারি দপ্তর চত্বর
* ৩১৫টি হাসপাতাল চত্বর
:- ৩৫,০০০+আইইসি (IEC) সামগ্রী বিতরণের মাধ্যমে সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি করা হয়েছে
:- ১১৮টি NGO ও সিভিল সোসাইটি সংগঠন পরিচ্ছন্নতার এই মহা অভিযানে সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণ করে

শুধু পরিষ্কার করার নয়, এখন সময় সম্মিলিত ভাবে নিজেদের পারিপার্শিক এলাকা পরিষ্কার রাখার সংকল্প নেওয়ার। আসুন, নিজেদের সুস্থ্য রাখতে, পরিবেশ কে পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখতে এই 'স্বচ্ছতা অভিযান'কে সর্বাত্মক জনআন্দোলনে পরিণত করি। প্রতিটি পাড়া, প্রতিটি রাস্তা, প্রতিটি নর্দমা এবং প্রতিটি জনবহুল স্থানকে পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখার দায়িত্ব আমরা সকলে কাঁধে তুলে নিই। পরিচ্ছন্ন বাংলা গড়ার এই লড়াইয়ে আমরা প্রত্যেকেই অংশীদার। আমাদের সংকল্প, আবর্জনামুক্ত পশ্চিমবঙ্গ। ডেঙ্গুর বিরুদ্ধে ঐক্যবদ্ধ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ। পরিষ্কার থাকুন। সুস্থ থাকুন। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের গর্ব বজায় রাখুন।
