Worst ever experience flying @flyspicejet . Absolutely pathetic airline. The flight scheduled at 12:00 PM has not taken off by 5 :00 PM.
No refreshments, no water or basic courtesy to inform the passengers why the delay.

We are stranded on the flight without any knowledge.
