The failings in every area of government are at such a level that it will take drastic changes to find a balance.

Look at how links between social workers and local perp solicitors / barristers influence judges clueless to DARVO.
Perps hire barristers that know the judge to ensure bias

Does everyone in the UK know that a DA perpetrator can just lie to family court and social services and no one verifies or validates anything a perpetrator says? No checks for evidence. No questions. They just accept lies as facts.
