-set goal of administering 3rd shots to all education/daycare workers, bus drivers, support staff by Jan 17. Make them a priority.

Imagine the audacity of Ontario's Premier to ignore health experts. Block the release of rapid tests. Delay 3rd doses. Refuse public health measures. Call health workers "heroes".

And then ask them to VOLUNTEER to vaccinate the masses.
