@tfwrail hey, can I just say a big thanks to the two wonderful guys who manned the gates at Newport (South Wales) station yesterday at the car park side! I didn’t catch either of their names but they were being so helpful to everyone who’s trains were delayed/cancelled.

Got it all sorted out anyway by a TFW manager in Shrews, and I’m back on home turf now.

I was expecting to head up to Crewe and if I could get out, would have friends drive to collect

@tfwrail I am already on the train that was due for Holyhead and was only advised that it was terminating Shrewsbury within 10 mins of the train being due.

As this train was bound for Holyhead, and is now terminating early - are we ‘stranded’ in Shrewsbury or is there an onward travel

@tfwrail Hi my train to shotton from Newport (SW) was cancelled (15:37). Am I able to use this ticket to get up to Chester on an earlier train as it looks like there is a train from Newport to Chester at 13:36??

The page still says 11A, but there is no route for it.

My concern is that there seems to have been no communication? Your website still states is a route, but no times.
My question is when was it removed?
