Rocco Sughayer made his final loan appearance for Didcot Town on Saturday, in what's been a fantastic loan spell with the club since joining from Bristol Rovers in November. 

The defender, who was 17 years old when he joined us, quickly became a fans' favourite, earning the player of the match twice in his first three appearances at the Loop. His form also saw him recognised by his teammates as he was named the player of the month in December. 

Rocco, who turned 18 recently, made his 18th appearance for the club in the final day 1-1 draw with Westbury United, playing his part in the build-up to the Didcot goal. 

We would like to thank Bristol Rovers for their part in allowing Rocco to join the railwaymen, and we wish Rocco all the best in the future.

Rocco Remains A Railwayman

Bristol Rovers have agreed to the extend the loan deal for defender Rocco Sughayer into a fourth month.

The 17-year-old defender has impressed at the Loop Meadow Stadium since his arrival from the League Two side in November.

Rocco has featured fifteen times since his arrival, and his form has seen him collect two player of the match awards and he also collected the player of the month award for December an award that is chosen by his teammates.

We would like to thank @Official_BRFC and @RoversAcademy for their cooperation in the deal to keep Rocco at the Loop.

Didcot Town have extended the loan deal of Bristol Rovers defender Rocco Sughayer into a third month.

The 17-year-old defender has impressed at the Loop Meadow Stadium since his arrival from the League Two side in November.

Rocco has featured nine times since his arrival, and his form has seen him collect two player of the match awards in four home games, and he collected the player of the month award for December. The award is chosen by his teammates.

Rocco Sughayer is the Didcot Town Player of the Month for December.

The on loan Bristol Rovers defender has impressed since his arrival at the Loop Meadow Stadium in December and he's claimed the player of the match award in two of his three appearances at the Loop.

Rocco has made eight appearances for the club since his arrival from @Official_BRFC and Didcot recently extended the loan deal of the 17-year-old @RoversAcademy player from the League Two side.

The player of the month is chosen by the first team squad.

Rocco produced another great performance and it is hard to believe he is only 17-years-old.

Likes a tackle, composed, never looks rushed, he likes to get forward and a good passer of the ball are just a few of the attributes mentioned about Rocco from supporters since his arrival.

Didcot Town have extended the loan deal of Rocco Sughayer for a further 28-days.

The 17-year-old has impressed since arriving at the Loop Meadow Stadium last month from Bristol Rovers. 

The defender has made six appearances since his arrival,  including a player of the match performance against Frome Town.
