@flyairpeace Up till now I don't have my tickets and it's impossible to reach them by phone. In fact, the call centre has perfected the art of not answering calls by perpetually telling you they're busy and it'll take 3 mins to get to your turn even after you've been on the call for 12 mins.

1. I don't know of an airline call centre worse than that of @flyairpeace. I've been trying since yesterday to get them to issue tickets after I made a payment and it was confirmed by one of their call centre agents.
