I purchased a new Prestige Juicer (Model No. PCJ 7.0)on 13th September from Big Basket, but it stopped working on the very first day. I raised multiple complaints with Prestige Care (Job ID: PATNEC2509150198); (Job ID PATNEC2509210543) but the issue not resolved.

Both children have already taken admission to a new school, but the continued delay in issuing their TCs is affecting the completion of their admission formalities. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the school despite repeated requests.
