After 15+ days of no response from Airtel regarding a refund and mis-sold Airtel Black service for my senior citizen father, I’ve officially lodged a complaint with Consumer RightsShocking lack of accountability from such a big brand. Hoping this brings action.

I had a call fmsocial mediaSourav but they are saying he cannot giveETA my prnts aged 75 and above r stranded alone in a house without internet and also a working tv they hv disconnected which was locally connected and cud not even instal the tv box @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia a fraud sales person from Airtel whose number is [phone] named Shamiran has mentally harassed my parents aged 75 and cheated them and took 2500/- and gave no wifi connection or tv connection this is how Airtel is cheating and being fraud ?

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I have followed up atleast 25 times with Amazon for a exchange order that was supposed to to get delivered yesterday and the delivery agent has marked address not found … I received parcels every day from Amazon and even yesterday I had received at night
