I have heard same complaint regarding this airline from multiple people now. This shouldn't be a regular practice for the airlines

Dear @flyspicejet,
Booked flight from Delhi to Pune for today at 9:55 am. Got to airport at 8 am and was informed that the flight delayed to 3pm. Asked I could get earlier. NO, they said. Chose to take flight. Now board show delayed to 4:30 pm. Online status shows 6 pm.

Understand that people pay premiums for flight to save time. This is the kind of service you give. No alternative tickets to different flights. And don't say refund was possible. Didn't book flight to get refund. Employee traveling on weekday cost more then money @flyspicejet
