@goairlinesindia The problem is aviation ministry formed the rule and these guys are misusing it.. If they don't want to fly why they have scheduled the flight and if flight is cancelled its their responsibility to make people fly... Else the next flight they are increasing price and we are stuck

@goairlinesindia My flight from Bengaluru to Ahmedabad for 13th June got cancelled and there us no way to get refund on it? PNR EBPWPN. I tried making new booking but how will I use the credit amount which is with you? What is record locator in PNR credit?

If I book again and the flight is getting cancelled like last two times it is really frustrating. People have emergency, else no one will move from the place they are. Thanks!
