@NHAI_Official, @MORTHIndia Paid ₹130 at Bhadarabad Toll Plaza (04-03-2026, 13:25) while returning from Haridwar, but the flyover after the toll was CLOSED! Had to take the normal road despite paying full toll.
Why charge citizens when the toll road isn’t operational?

Disappointed with @AmericanExpressIN. My Platinum Travel & Rewards Cards were cancelled due to KYC email sent to email ID—no calls/SMS despite regular promo calls. All accumulated reward points lost, and now no support to reinstate. This is not the Amex service I trusted.
