@janelleballen @shagger71 We had this too, after many emails, found this fix on Twitter
Open app on phone
Press chromecast
Then start show
-if you start show then chromecast, it thinks it's 2 devices
@DavoHauser@kayosports_help@kayosports Not sure if you fixed your prob. But i had that prob and this fixed it
Start phone app, select chromecast, then pick show
(If you pick show then chromecast, it counts it as 2 devices i think)
@Raiders_24Sep89@kayosports_help @peteballistreri Thanks @Raiders_24Sep89, this works we have been having this problem for a couple of weeks now it is fixed.
Open the kayo app, select chromecast, then select program(must be in that order, otherwise i think counts phone and chromecast as 2 separate devices)
@ProfessorJD2 @kayosports Just saw on another tweet, if you watch the nines by watching fox502 on kayo from the selection down the bottom of the kayo app, rather then just clicking on the nines at the top of the app. There is no bufferring.
Is working for me so far
@kayosports_help @ProfessorJD2 Seems to only to be a problem on chromecast and only with the nrl nines. All the other live streams are fine(nbl, aflw, aleague), but the nines keeps buffering every 30 seconds.
