Hey everybody, it’s been a while!

Finally, after a lot of back and forth via several calls and meetings with our manufacturers we have news to share with y’all!
Most of you who have been checking our Discord server have an idea of why we have been experiencing delays for some of our products. For those who aren’t in our server, this update will help clarify a lot of this while also providing updates on where everything stands.

You can find the TLDR summary of our updates in the image below.

DECK BOXES:
After receiving our Hashira & Kitt deck boxes, unfortunately more than half of them came defective and we had to get them remade. As a result, we had to take down our remaining purchasable stock.
We were also extremely concerned about our other deck boxes (I:P, Quickdraw, Marine, etc.) and chose to temporarily suspend production in order to avoid further issues until our manufacturer can fix the production issue.
Thankfully our manufacturer offered to remake our Hashira and Kitt deck boxes! These have arrived at our warehouse over the past weekend and we are overjoyed to tell you that these have passed QC on our end!
That said, the remade Hashira & Kitt deck boxes are officially on hand and ready to ship!
For those who preordered the Kitt deck box with the field center, we are still waiting on the field center to arrive. If you want to swap out the field center for something else, please message us via our website chat system and we will work something out with you.
All the other presale deck boxes are expected to finish production before the end of year.
Shipping around this time of year tends to be difficult to predict due to the increased volume of shipments for the holidays, so please note that shipment may experience delays as a result. Our current shipping estimate for the presale deck boxes are before the end of the year as the best case scenario or sometime around January/February as the worst case scenario. Instead of providing the ever changing ETAs from our manufacturer, we have decided to provide an ETA that factors in possible holiday delays amongst other possible delays.

SLEEVES:
Due to consistent alignment issues, we are unable to proceed with sleeve projects until we are able to resolve this and produce sleeves that meet our quality standards.
If you placed an order for sleeves, please reach out via our website’s chat system to discuss an exchange for your order as our system does not allow us to process refunds after a certain period of time.

PLUSHIES:
There was an unintended design flaw on our Snow Rabbit Neck Pillow plush where the ears posed a hazard (tips of ears may hurt eyes when worn). After numerous revisions, we managed to fix this issue and feel confident enough to reopen preorders for this product.
Due to the unpredictable nature of holiday shipping times, please note that your order may take longer to process as they may be slower to arrive at our warehouse.
Current ETA for these are set for end of year to be safe.

DICE:
The 5 designs that were missing from our massive dice shipment are currently pending plating. Unfortunately, due to the very low order quantity for each design, our manufacturer has set us as the lowest priority for their staff. Meaning, our orders get done in between other larger orders. This explains why we kept experiencing multiple delays and issues with production. We are doing everything we can to get these dice to our customers who have been patiently waiting.
For those who no longer wish to wait, we are providing compensation to opt out of your preorder. The compensation is $40 credit towards any item in our store per each presale dice set that has not arrived (only applies to the 5 designs we didn’t receive) + 1x Spell Counter die. If you wish to opt out of your preorder and receive replacements, please message our website chat system. Please note we may take a while to respond, so your patience is greatly appreciated!

We’ve been cleaning up and reorganizing our warehouse in preparation for new products/preorder shipments arriving, and came across a few products that went under the radar! That said, we’re taking this opportunity to announce the official release of our sold out Genesis™ 2-player cloth playmats! We had a soft launch of these playmats last year and sold out very quickly, and the feedback was beyond our expectations! However, we never got around to officially releasing these since there were a chunk of them that had some imperfections. The mats with imperfections are now being sold at a discount for those of you who want to try out the material for a much more affordable price! We also have a handful of these mats in pristine condition available at the regular price, so don’t worry if you’re a perfectionist like us! Fulfillment update!

Mitsuri deck box: fulfillment complete
Kitt deck box: awaiting FC arrival, fulfillment of bundle orders to begin when FC is on hand.

Dice:
QC in progress; fulfillment in progress.
Upon careful inspection of our large shipment of dice, we noticed that the following 5 designs were missing in our shipment:

-Link Waifus
-Shaddoll
-Tri-Brigade
-Melffy

We are currently in the process of reaching a resolution with our manufacturer.

For all presale dice orders packaged and fulfilled after this post, we have upgraded our compensation! We will be including 1x Spell Counter die per each pair of dice ordered.

For those who purchased any of the above designs that have not arrived, we encourage you to reach out to us via our website support chat to discuss compensation. We are also open to suggestions and are more than happy to discuss other possible options. For those who haven’t reached out, we will be sending out emails after we finish dice fulfillment for all fulfillable orders.

Please note: QC is done in a first-come, first-serve basis of products arriving at our warehouse, and packages will be shipped out in order of the date/time they are placed following completion of QC. If you place an order for an on-hand product and it hasn’t moved, it may have been placed at a later date and there are pending orders ahead of yours.

As a friendly reminder, we will not be able to respond to questions that can be answered through our product listings/update posts as such questions will slow down our fulfillment process significantly.

Our dice shipment has finally arrived at our warehouse!!!

However, we have significantly underestimated the amount of time it would take for the two of us to do QC for our deck boxes while also handling the increased volume of orders and customer service inquiries.

We will post another update on our fulfillment status once we finish QC on both our deck boxes and dice.

We’re so happy to announce that our Mitsuri and Kitt deck boxes have arrived at our warehouse! We’ll be spending the rest of the week doing QC and fulfilling orders containing these!

For our Kitt deck boxes, we are still waiting on our field centers to arrive before we can ship out those orders. We will post an update once they arrive.
