@econet_support Gd afternun,l ended up goin 2 e Chitepo 2 gt e reversal dne. Upon e asst (Gladys) caln Bellevue wher e transaction ws supposed 2 have bn reversed 4m. E accountant send an email 2 her so she cld start e reversal process. She isnt picking up my calls. May you please assist me.
