On calling customer service we were told by your executive “Richard” that your policy allows for updating as “delivered” if in the vicinity.

Ever heard of a hotel that says you have not paid the bill after 3 months? @GrandHyattMum did the same to me this month, claiming i had not settled a previous bill from 3 months previous. Flabbergasted I made the payment only realising that I had indeed made the payment. #fail
