D-Line Pass Rush Indy

- Every bull movement starts with a "bull kill".
- When performing a "bull kill," always finish with an inside cross face.
- The drill is about getting used to the feeling of the movement.
- The progression involves sitting, anchoring, feeling the anchor, and then pulling off.
- Coaches can tell players ahead of time whether they will be performing a "bull kill" or a "bull pull".
- Alternatively, players can be instructed to react to what the offensive lineman does, where the coach does not tell them ahead of time whether it is a "bull kill" or "bull pull".
- The pattern for this specific drill is to always start with a "bull kill" and then alternate between "bull kill" and "bull pull" until otherwise instructed.
