@GreggsOfficial why is it the last few orders I have had delivered the main items ordered, sausage rolls or goujons, are missing from the order? I know they get busy at the store which is why we have delivery. I’m sure JustEat will stop issuing refunds as they think I’m lying

@GreggsOfficial Before going to pre-op at BCH I was sat in Greggs with my son watching all the men buying Helium hearts from the balloon man & roses from the flower man never gave a thought to buying anything for hubby even though he could easily eat his way through sausage rolls & jam donuts🥰

@AsdaServiceTeam Thank you for replying. I got a refund for some of the missing items from Just Eat. Just annoyed I couldn’t get a reply from Rugby so I could have had it picked it up or tracked the driver if Just Eat had answered.

@asda Rugby @JustEatUK yes I was lazy by ordering from Asda through Just eat but how can you miss a whole bag of shopping. No one answering phone at the store to check it actually left the store and no one at Just Eat to check if the driver has it still in his boot!!

Just Eat ‘help I have a problem with my order’ not playing nice. Unable to select all missing items so refund request submitted twice for all missing items. If someone somewhere would have just answered the phone instead of please press menus then to just hang up so annoying.
