Their close dynamic plays on that situation, and it’s pretty interesting to think about what that means about Mac if he imagined a total asshole.

I also think they were trying to make the relationship between Mac and Bloo more interesting by making their personalities starkly opposite. It would make sense that Bloo’s personality is 1/2

@dietxcokewhore This was just negligent of the petsitter at the end of the day. The sitter who lost the cat knew she did wrong the moment the cat left the home and that was evident in her text to the owner. I’ve been petsitting for a long time too, and I can confirm the blame is not on the owner

@dietxcokewhore You can argue the point further and say the owner should have also communicated this to the second sitter, but this is realistically not hurdles she should have to jump thru. She is paying for a service, and the sitter negotiated MORE money.
