@BodegaCantinaUK the man on the phone was the General Manager of the store..is it common customer service practice that we are lied to over the phone and hung up on? £35 order wasted because by the end of the call we weren’t hungry as we were too angry!

@BodegaCantinaUK just ordered a burrito to be delivered. When it arrived it had no sauce so my husband rang the store. The woman actually hung up on him mid-sentence. When he tried to ring back no one answered. Eventually someone picked up and the man on the phone was very rude!
