I would like to bring to everybody's attention who shop online with @asda
Today I had my online shop delivered over 2hrs late for the second week running, not even a text to inform me it was running late, I had to do the chasing up myself.

This is disgusting, they should not have been on the shelves.
I spoke to a member of staff at customer service who wasn't much help, she just said she would pass the message on to the staff at Asda Dagenham.

I completely understand the pressure that all staff are under at the moment with the pandemic but this is unacceptable.

On buses there are huge signs to say that the maximum capacity of passengers is 30. There are also signs stating to wear facemasks and adhere to social distancing. So why when I was on a 174 going to work today were there easily double the passengers (school children & adults),

A lot of facemasks not being worn or being worn around their chin and absolutely no social distancing. Plus there were a lot of passengers sitting next to each other.
I thought there were supposed to be school buses??
Something needs to be done because this was unacceptable!!
