Their letter to the Senate didn't ask for hemp regulation. They demanded our ELIMINATION. Sen. Rand Paul's amendment would have given us the opportunity to negotiate sensible regulations through the proper process, rather than destroying an entire industry in a funding bill.
Oh, but don't worry—THEY stand "ready to work with Congress" on hemp regulations AFTER shutting us down, so they can capture a market they desperately want for themselves.
The hypocrisy is staggering.
