@bennyjohnson You're not at all bringing up the very low income that you have to have in order to even get this benefit. The percentages mean nothing when you don't accurately represent who could even get this credit.

@EricRSammons Yea but this won't benefit the actual stay at home mom whose husband does relatively well - it only benefits low income. Once again punishing those who made good financial decisions - drives me up the wall we are always excluded.
