Last year I wanted to make a list of all movies/ series I watched. But somehow lost the excel sheet! So this year (although it’s late) I am starting a thread and (if possible) a short review of the film/series
@dhanyarajendran Jonty Rhodes has visited the Kovalam Surfing and Music festival many times. I ran into him there once as well. He's more Indian than a South African.
He also named his daughter India 😌
@GreaterBombay
It's been years, and I've heard this word before as well... but whenever it appears anywhere it reminds me of you and your podcast. 😃
Looks like Anand Mahindra caught up with the podcast too late. 😁

Recently discovered that the fresh smell of the earth after rain has a technical name: Petrichor.
Curious about its origins, I looked up the etymology. Apparently it was coined from:
Petra = stone or rock
Ichor = the fluid that flowed in the veins of the gods in Greek mythology instead of blood.
So Petrichor roughly translates to something like “the blood of the stones” or “the essence flowing from rocks.”
But all this doesn’t even begin to capture the emotions evoked in India, where we wait for the first monsoon showers with almost romantic anticipation.
For us, perhaps “Dil ka Chor” would have been a more appropriate name. 🙂

I am a CBSE Class 12 student.
After receiving unexpectedly low marks in Physics, we applied for photocopies of my answer sheets through the CBSE reevaluation process.
Today we received the copies.
And I am shattered because the Physics answer sheet uploaded by CBSE is not mine

#Kartavya, with spoilers
Saif is a cop & has to protect:
a journalist (official duty)
a kid (moral duty)
his brother & the brothers wife (personal duty)
Guess what. None of these survive.
He fails at every one of his duties and the movie is called Kartavya.🫢

Madam. We gave up on getting any answer, forget a press conference, from the leader supreme. Instead you shoot your question towards @ShyamRangeela. He sounds almost like the PM... Sometimes better. 😄😬
