(3/3) emails claiming they’ve called me, but I never received anything. The ONLY helpful person was Himanshu (bless you) at Expedia. THESE GROUPS ARE UNHELPFUL AND LACK PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. If anybody at Expedia or Virgin are out there, PLEASE help resolve this on-going issue
