A potential advancement in Pancreatic Cancer is beyond exciting. Having had a family member with this horrible cancer and to see clinical trials are showing these results are positive. Thank you all for choosing to participate in any clinical trials in medicine!
Every oncologist and cancer researcher should watch this interview with @BenSasse:

Daraxonrasib, a “super poison for cancer,” shrank his metastatic pancreatic tumors by 76%, even though he says his skin feels and looks “nuclear.” When I learned of his diagnosis, I wanted him to get this drug (oral RAS ON inhibitor), which is poised to become first-line therapy in pancreatic cancer. I hope his experience on a clinical trial encourages more patients to enroll in studies, and pushes clinicians and researchers to keep advancing new therapies.
@tegets Nebraska didn’t have much more till the last 1 min also - they let them play and seems as if it was fair on both sides. The game difference was the last 60-70 seconds only
Nebraska's Fred Hoiberg on Greg McDermott:
"Congratulations to Greg. Without Greg, I'm not in this business. And I don't know if I should thank him for that or be pissed off at him (smiling).
"Greg is a friend. He's been a friend for a long time, even going back to when I was in the front office with the Timberwolves. I would always go down and watch his practices and do scouting. I would go to Hilton and watch games in the Big 12 and really developed a relationship with him there.
"We've been on coaches' trips. Carol and Theresa are good friends, and I've been on golf trips with Mac. As good a basketball coach as he is, he's a better person. People see the competitiveness, and you want to go out there and win every battle, but at the end of the day, this is a small fraternity, this coaching profession. To be able to have somebody like Mac, who went through something with Doug, and now I'm going through it with Sam, it's special. And you can talk about those things with him. I coached Doug with the Bulls. I loved coaching Doug. He was awesome, and a lot of that was because of his upbringing with Greg and Theresa.
"But I certainly wish Mac all the best. I know he's gonna be out on that golf course a lot. I'm a little bit envious, to be honest with you (laughing). Hopefully, I've got a few more years in this business. But I'm just really happy for him, and I really wish he would've gotten that Final Four a couple years ago. One play away from getting there.
"But he's had a hell of a career, and I'm really happy for his retirement."
This is an AWESOME deep dive by @bball_brainiac1 on the impact of Creighton Head Coach, Greg McDermott
It’s amazing how one guy has such a major impact on SO MANY people within the college basketball world
McDermott has poured his soul into this game
My thoughts on the selection of the best therapy for a myeloma patient experiencing a first relapse: cilta-cel versus teclistamab plus daratumumab?

“As long as Josh Dix got to spend more time with his mom because of this season - good season for Creighton.” - @ralulla
The Council Bluffs native played for the Bluejays at Georgetown last night after learning the passing of his mother, Kelly, to cancer.
