Colin Sheridan is one of less than a dozen Irish mainstream journalists who reported and wrote about events in Gaza accurately from day one. His opinion pieces have become must reads. This, on Sally Rooney, is no exception.

I will be discussing my new book The Meek tonight with Sean Rocks on Arena on Radio One after 7pm. Poems in tribute to the composer Conor Walsh, the great Traveller singer John Reilly, and a host of talking animals are on the menu. https://t.co/JmyOZeLNon
A number of first edition signed copies of The Meek are currently available in Hodges Figgis in Dublin. Thanks to Jane Clarke who spoke so generously and insightfully at last night's launch, and the wise powerhouse Eithne Hand whose new book Tickle is full of verbal gold.
