My credit limit has reduced from 4.5 L to 20k after paying the bill . No notice given to me .
No late payment even.

@HPCL Ordered gas on 15th march and till now I didn't receive gas, even if the payment receipt generated long ago. Explain this @HPCL and deliver gas asap . Atleast stop lying and check the reality before making claims

Invoice generated on March 7.

After that, complete silence for 3 weeks.

No delivery.
No call.
No attempt.

Then on March 28, @IndianOilcl suddenly starts marking:
“Door Closed.”

Not once. Repeatedly.
And then cancels the order as “Returned Thrice.”

Three attempts? You didn’t even show up once.

I have CCTV footage proving no delivery was ever attempted.

And frankly, I don’t care how much is being donated to PM CARES funds by you people, but
basic accountability to customers is clearly missing.

This is not incompetence.
This is lying on record.
