After more than two decades in the spotlight, @Beyonce has become much more than a pop icon. She’s a cultural force who has routinely defied expectations and transformed the way we understand the power of art to change how we see ourselves and each other. https://t.co/bUg58Y9cIB
Update on my biopsy. It came back inconclusive. The worst it can be is a Basel Cell Carcinoma (BCC) which is very treatable. When I’m done filming it’ll be rechecked. I know I’m repeating myself but … please get a skin check and wear sunscreen. Thank you all for the support.
One way to celebrate and honor all gender identities on #NonBinaryPeoplesDay is to add or update your pronouns on @Zoom. Normalize using pronouns and make sure you educate yourself and others on why it's important!

"Constructive criticism often hurts, but like painful medical treatments, it can be lifesaving; it can be nation-saving. But what’s happening now is something entirely different and destructive—not constructive," @DrIbram writes. Truth. Absolutely. https://t.co/xaHHeGauny
If given the chance, we and others are able to move from fixed reactions toward slow, compassionate understanding. Letting go of expectations and allowing the present to unfold.
It turns out stillness and reflection do wonders on the road to softening hearts and minds.
Humans are resilient, adaptable, and tender. Our own limiting beliefs can cause us to underestimate the capacity and capability of others’ love. If we examine our discomfort before projecting it, we allow others to react from their truth and not to fit our narrative.
As highly emotional creatures seeking love and belonging, we operate to hedge our bets as a way to avoid hurt. This means our choices often have little to do with whether we believe others are able to change, and more to do with our journey toward surrendering to what is.
