@sparky6855@IfunanyaMarian@HardlyLoose similar with me ... but I cut out added sugar (mostly in processed foods) and seed oils at the same time.
A bit remains, but my diet isn't super strict and I don't need any medications to manage it (just eat strict for a while)
@Corners589@HowThingsWork_ yep ... ditch carbs. It's well known to be a sign of insulin resistance, and my skin tags receded when going on a strict animal based keto diet.
@Jdm_over2020@SBakerMD Some experience hair loss at the beginning, if you abruply cut over ... best to slowly transition, so your body gets used to it (start with one minor meat meal a day, and incrementally transition)
@Pato77781O @gxfrt2004 All other mammals (including humans) produce the A2 protein. Northern European cow breeds mutated about 500 years ago to produce the A1 protein.
It was only labelled A2, because scientists first identified this protein from those northern cows milk

Empty your hopper, cleaning out debris, dust and swollen pellets.
In nearly all cases where the CLEAR AUGERย function will need to be used, the entire hopper will need to be cleaned out (Most common cause: swollen pellets due to excess moisture).
@PeteRedondo@Zoya_ai I knew someone who could get very high quality luxury goods in HK, which cost up to a thousand dollars (depending on the product)
Similarly they got a Rolex clone, that was serviced by Rolex, who didn't know it was fake.
It's very different from the crap in the night markets.
@jamesc0131@VigilantFox deadline is 2 years. Most companies should be able to remove them well before them. But others (that are only making for local market etc) will need to source and test natural ingredients to try keep it as same product ... which can take time
Otherwise how pricey is "solo carne" in a neighbourhood restaurant?
I was thinking of bringing half my main meals (getting eggs etc locally) and eating out for the rest of the time.
Planning a couple weeks near San Josรฉ,Costa Rica (work). If I can find a motel, how expensive to buy decent fatty meat to cook. Was thinking of bringing some sous vide/frozen meat (I did this in a recent trip to Bali successfully)
@SarSarSarSar777 Chop up any trim and keep it on a wire rack in the fridge.
Then when you are frying you can add it to the pan allowing it to render the fat (and you end up with crunchy bits at the end)
