@doctora_nature Really just space to grieve and to be held in it, without feeling like a burden for my big feelings. For me, what I needed and how I was going to get through the day changed constantly. So a regular check in/being flexible for changing plans etc.
Anti-racist education that conceptualizes racism as individual prejudice will only be interested in changing hearts and minds.

I see lots of posts comparing medicine and education
So would u prefer:
a- a doc that follows a script straight from a box sold by McGraw Hill
-or-
b- a doc that is highly educated in their field, well respected as an expert, and is able to make decisions based on patient needs
