I spent a decade shipping other people's products.
This month 100 strangers downloaded one I built from scratch.
Same craft. My name on it this time. As an engineer, that hits different.
What number made it real for you? First user, first download, first dollar?
@geluhorotan Im actually make a SAAS product I use myself. So I swear to was in no time. It’s a one year since than and still no one wants to pay for it, but that’s their choice. I still find it useful at least for me.
As a newcomer to X, one thing genuinely blew my mind this week:
The sheer amount and quality of content being created here.
It feels like walking into a stock exchange where millions of people are constantly grinding, building, analyzing, experimenting, sharing, and pushing things forward.
Except the currency is ideas.
And honestly… wow.
I can already feel my awareness leveling up after just one week here.
There’s also this weird FOMO around innovation.
You see people building things you didn’t even know were possible, and realize how much you’re missing.
But maybe that’s the wrong way to look at it.
Because by being here, in the same information space as incredibly talented people, AI @bot , @grok , and everyone pushing the frontier…
you’re actually standing at the cutting edge of innovation.
Who else should I be following here?
Tag someone whose content you think a newcomer absolutely shouldn’t miss.
