This CCTV footage is from São Paulo, Brazil in Dec 2023. The woman is Caroline Zanin, who was walking her two corgis.

Rogério Cardoso Júnior was walking past when he started to kick the Dogs.

While a judge initially absolved him, the court overturned it and convicted him of 2 years and 4 months in prison for animal abuse in March 2026.

The woman is the sister of the Supreme Court Minister Cristiano Zanin!!

Dogs are family and the Minister ensured justice was (eventually) served. ❤️

This resilient doe, who lost her leg during hunting season a few years ago is a shining example of survival and love. With the support of our neighborhood that keeps a close eye on her and a little extra TLC she has flourished and thrived! Although her fawns disappearance from last year suggested the harsh realities of nature, this year she gave birth to another baby and then adopted two orphaned twins, showing her strong maternal instinct. She is single-hoofingly raising her three adorable babies, teaching us about the true meaning of love and perseverance. I feel blessed to have captured this photo of her beautiful family.

Terrence Boyd, 34, and Sadie Boyd, 32, from Brierfield — this pair tied up their elderly Terrier-type dog Maddie in a black plastic bag and threw her alive into the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.

She was left to drown. Fire service and RSPCA had to rescue her.

They both pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering and breaching the Animal Welfare Act.

Sentenced to 8 weeks prison, suspended for 12 months, and banned from keeping animals for 10 years.

Soft as shite. These two look like they belong in a circus, yet the courts treat animal cruelty like a minor inconvenience.

No excuses. Proper punishment for people who abuse defenceless animals.

Poor dog had no chance.
