@iamtomskinner this is apparently what we should be doing with kids at bedtime, this 'heavy work' and grounding helps them with settling the nervous system and they'll sleep better. loads of research done on it now so keep at it!
Absolutely loved the final ep. Great lines and just what we wanted, but i was cheesed off for everyone who's not watched it yet when the @BBCNews gave away the whole plot and ending! #GavinAndStacey
@gurcanmeister@dieworkwear is that not a mark of the legion d'honneur? sometimes it's a tiny red buttonhole pin, my understanding is that it was awarded to Sherlock Holmes by France (obvs not in reality) and he has that red buttonhole as a nod to his award
@SarahLudford@SOLTnews wanted tickets for the brum hippodrome last year, happy to pay for expensive seats, couldn't book 2 because that left a single seat! ended up in the gods, in the cheaper seats as they were in 4s! ridiculous policy, doesn't suit anyone! And I'll lay odds they were still not sold
My grandson aged 2 has recently discovered 'Going on a bear hunt' @MichaelRosenYes so was delighted to find this bear at the garden centre, and no, I didn't care who heard me reciting one of the best books ever written!
@jennyeclair have you tried the Inspire my play tray, my grandson loves his. We set up something different each week he comes, sometimes just lentils and pulses to pour, but he'll play for ages https://t.co/tWxjvmjJNN
@BarlowAdams just don't be that dad that makes all the corny dinosaur jokes, my husband is going through this phase with our grandson, his favourite at the mo is ' what do you call a dinosaur that likes puzzles? A jigsawrus! Grandson just looks at him like he's an idiot!
