@plainOTXen @investor_beast@MapleStax You’re only counting the losses. A 70% win rate at 1:1 means 7 wins and 3 losses. Risk $1 ten times: +$7, -$3 = +$4, not -$3. That’s literally what positive expectancy is.
@anneateuup@sierraaaliyahh Yes, it’s always a risk. The 10% average includes years like -20% or worse. If you’re withdrawing during those years, you’re locking in losses and shrinking your portfolio. That’s why people use lower withdrawal rates or dividends for retirement income
@sierraaaliyahh She has enough to live without working the rest of her life. If you put 2.5m in dividend stocks she can have roughly 60k per year after taxes
@andrearslanian This is a 1 bar in “Strat” terms. Take the break of the high or low of the inside candle and target the previous day’s high or low. Very simple stuff
@FBA_Dylan Yep, majority are selling fake products, getting inventory from liquidation stores or buying from eBay for OA. If it’s not that it’s bottom of the barrel inventory they sit on for months at a time since they don’t know how to source outside of Ollies, Ross, and Walmart
