An F12 in with a fractured seat stay. The irregular shape of the section makes it a little trickier to ensure the fresh carbon goes in clean following the original orientation.

A Trek Domane with a break through the top tube. Damaged carbon is carefully traced back and removed making sure no delamination is left. Multiple layers of carbon are then grafted back in place ensuring the orientation of the fibre match the existing material. By doing this the

Frame failed at back of head tube after heavy landing. Looks like the tight angle poss. caused problems during manufacture. Wall thickness significantly thinner in that area. Real shame as otherwise quality is excellent. #carbonbikerepair #carbonbike #bikeporn #cycling
