@PSpokepers42470 Ccc had zero principles and zero Constitution and zero structures , hand picking candidates through strategy ambiguity in fact it was a ZANU PF second Branch from the beginning tailor made to promote ZANU PF and the subsequent CAB3 everything was all planned
Game over!
Consolidated results: 161/226 Constituencies announced
HH - 2,057,986
Mundubile - 1,190,920
@HHichilema leads @Mundubilebrian by 867,066 votes with only 65 constituencies left.
How can any rational person look at nationwide deployments of soldiers and commandos, results still undeclared after 72 hours even in a small town like Luanshya, and Gen 20 forms being redone in some intimidated areas across the country, and still call this a free and fair election?
“The African continent is the richest continent on earth.……yet African countries are seen as beggars. We need to overcome this stereotype..." - President Duma Boko,
WATCH | The highway to Kariba, particularly the 80km stretch between Karoi and Makuti, is a living nightmare. It was one of the worst driving experiences I’ve ever had.
ZambiaElections ''After we win these elections, we shall change constitution so that only MPs will be voting for a President, Presidential increased to 8years, Mundubile to be arrested after elections.'' - UPND Member Kalufyanya
Could ''CAB3'' be about to be initiated in Zambia? 🧵this are political bulldogs that display madness at the wrong time.

Demolitions Without Justice: Why Zimbabwe Must Reform Its Land Administration System and Protect Innocent Homeowners
This Vidio by Super Mandiwanzira strongly criticizes the continued demolition of residential homes has reignited a national debate over one of Zimbabwe’s most pressing governance failures: the inability of the State to protect citizens from unlawful land transactions while simultaneously exposing innocent homeowners to devastating losses.
Regardless of political affiliation, the concerns raised resonate with thousands of Zimbabweans who have invested their life savings in residential properties, only to witness those investments reduced to rubble through demolition exercises carried out by local authorities. Such scenes have increasingly created the perception that the State is more willing to punish ordinary citizens than to address the systemic failures that gave rise to the crisis.
The rule of law demands not only the enforcement of planning regulations but also fairness, proportionality, accountability, and administrative justice. A government committed to constitutionalism cannot selectively enforce the law against vulnerable homeowners while failing to dismantle the criminal networks responsible for the illegal allocation and sale of residential land.
The recurring phenomenon of illegal settlements is not merely the result of individual wrongdoing by homebuyers. It is largely symptomatic of institutional failures involving land barons, corrupt public officials, and administrative deficiencies within local authorities. In many instances, unsuspecting citizens purchase land after receiving assurances from individuals purporting to possess lawful authority, only to discover years later that the allocations were unlawful.
This represents a profound failure of public administration.
A citizen who acquires property in good faith, invests substantial financial resources, secures municipal services where available, and constructs a family home should not become the sole victim of institutional negligence or corruption. The State bears a constitutional obligation to administer land transparensively, efficiently, and lawfully while protecting legitimate expectations created through its own institutions and officials.
The continued existence of land barons operating with apparent impunity raises serious questions regarding law enforcement and regulatory oversight. Every illegal subdivision of land requires planning approvals, survey processes, or administrative omissions somewhere within the governance framework. It is therefore difficult to accept that criminal syndicates could operate for extended periods without institutional failures or complicity.
The priority of law enforcement should therefore be the identification, prosecution, and recovery of proceeds from those who illegally allocate, sell, or facilitate unlawful occupation of land. Arresting and prosecuting land barons, corrupt officials, and any public officers who abuse their positions would address the root cause of the problem rather than merely its consequences.
Equally important is the need for Parliament to enact comprehensive legislation specifically designed to safeguard innocent purchasers who acquire property in good faith. Such legislation should establish mandatory verification systems before land transactions are concluded, create publicly accessible digital land registries, strengthen due diligence obligations on local authorities, and impose severe criminal penalties on individuals engaged in illegal land allocation.
Where a local authority authorizes development, collects rates or service charges, issues correspondence acknowledging occupation, or otherwise creates a reasonable belief that occupation is lawful, principles of fairness and legitimate expectation require that such authority be held accountable for its own administrative failures.

ACCOUNTABILITY NOW: THE KARIBA DAM RIDA FERRY TRAGEDY WAS PREVENTABLE
The catastrophic capsizing of the Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (RIDA) Mbuya Nehanda ferry on Lake Kariba is the result of gross negligence at the highest levels.Survivors reported that water began seeping into the overloaded vessel just 30 minutes after departure. Passengers made repeated, desperate pleas for the captain to return to shore, but their warnings were ignored and the ferry continued. This callous disregard for human life is unacceptable.
Equally disturbing is that the crew had long-standing knowledge of Lake Kariba’s deadly and unpredictable “Binga wave.” To sail an overloaded and unequipped ferry into conditions known to be hazardous ,while dismissing active distress warnings from passengers amounts to reckless endangerment.
So far, 44 bodies have been recovered and 67 people rescued alive, out of more than 160 reported to have been onboard. The large number still missing underscores the scale of this disaster and the urgent need for a full accounting.
With the death toll now at least 44 and many still missing, this incident is a national tragedy and a damning indictment of transit safety standards. It also raises troubling questions about institutional oversight and possible complicity.
We demand immediate, comprehensive action:
•A transparent, independent investigation into the causes and chain of command failures that allowed this voyage to proceed.
•Full criminal prosecution of crew members who neglected their duty of care and of any RIDA officials responsible for authorizing the unseaworthy voyage.
•Urgent review of RIDA’s safety policies, vessel maintenance records, and passenger manifest procedures.
•Immediate support, compensation, and clear updates to the families of the victims.
There are wider allegations that point to systemic corruption and hostility to public welfare: rumors that the President’s sons procured a new ferry to replace the old one, and that the deliberate destruction of Mbare Market including a recent fire was used to clear the way for a new development at exorbitant cost. Such allegations must be investigated with the same urgency and transparency as the ferry disaster.
The families of the deceased and injured deserve justice, not bureaucratic silence. The nation demands accountability now.
