I am at a loss for words. It should be a criminal offense for for profit organizations to usurp medical decisions for patients made by their doctors. Your CVS Caremark insurance routinely denies both my mother and myself RX we need. (1)

Hey @Cigna @Cignaquestions how do you all sleep at night? Seriously. I have an RX I need to take EVERY DAY 2x a day as prescribed by my doctor. YOU ALL have told my pharmacy that, in fact, I only need 75 pills per 90 days. So NOT EVEN ONE PER DAY. REALLY? My life matters.

Booked a hotel using #workingadvantage because NY union #SAGAFTRA recommended it. Super disappointing that they would tale advantage of a disabled person like myself and REFUSE to issue me a refund when the hotel HAD NO POWER
