@akusomchi Are there better ways she could have addresser him? …Yes.

But I think we should be able to admit that she technically didn’t do anything ‘wrong’ if she was following company policy.

If he doesn’t subscribe to it, then it shouldn’t be one or expressly shouldn’t apply to him.

@akusomchi I know big 4s have that policy, I wasn’t sure about the bank until others confirmed but for a policy that they were actively fining people for.

She also could have added Mr to it and been told ‘ after all the training you still haven’t leant??’
