@chainsofgolduk bought white gold St Christopher pendant and chain for £204. Pendant cracked within 2 months. Sent back for full refund and was paid £62 in total for scrap value. Never agreed to this and have not even been offered a replacement. Keep chasing - no response.

@virginmedia virgin can’t fix my broadband. I have just experienced the rudest customer services rep ever. I was trying to get my home broadband fixed for the 3rd time this week. He talked over me, wouldn’t give me his name and wouldnt transfer me to his supervisor when I asked.
