@MyPrinceIrwin @JustEatUK Omg the same issue happened to me! Literally arguing with them now! Ordered KFC said it was delivered it wasn't, had to order from another KFC! I've got a flipping ring door bell I know when someone's at my address!

@JustEatUK 1st Sep ordered food said it was delivered and it wasn't, I received a refund. It happened again yesterday and apparently policies and procedures state I can't get one and now I'm arguing with a bot via email.
