One of the biggest mistakes I see on CT is
People spend months building skills and almost no time packaging them.
You can be a great moderator, marketer, designer, developer, or growth operator.
But if people can't quickly understand what you do and what you've accomplished, opportunities will pass you by.
Skill gets you results.
Positioning gets those results noticed.
Don't just build.
Document.
Package.
Present.
The people getting opportunities consistently aren't always the most skilled.
They're often the easiest to understand.

Most people don't have a skill problem, They have a visibility problem.
They're hosting spaces, writing threads, managing communities, growing projects, and contributing every day.
But when someone visits their profile, it's hard to see the full picture.
That's why I've been helping operators turn their work into a simple portfolio that showcases who they are, what they do, and their proof of work.
If that's something you've been thinking about setting up for yourself, my DMs are open.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday โ๏ธ Happy Kunu Sunday
The funny thing about hidden value is this:
When nobody sees it, youโre called early.
When everybody sees it, youโre called lucky ๐ชจ๐
The stone didnโt change.
Only awareness did.

The ETH reporter panel had me dead.
