On July 14 at 11:00am the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire in the direction of Shushi region by using an 82mm mortar shell & RPG-7 grenade launcher.

No casualties on the Artsakh side.

So this is the so-called "partial deblocking" of the Lachin corridor? This video was taken 2 hours ago. The Azerbaijanis did not allow the car of the Russian peacekeepers to pass through the corridor.
