今日はmiwaさんとのハイタッチ会があり初めてmiwaさんの掌に触れたのだけれども、その掌の小ささ、華奢さには正直驚いた。

Perhaps Iberia's customer service level will remain low.
What I find strange is that an airline with such a low level of service continues to exist.

Kindly they sent me a reply, but I was disappointed in its content.
It was merely a template statement sent to me.
They did not mention any specifics, it was a clichéd, machine-generated reply.

I was greatly dissatisfied with their customer service, so I went to Iberia's web site and told them what I had just written and that I was very dissatisfied.

They do not seem to have the attitude to try to solve the specific problem of the person in need.

I knew I couldn't find it by name alone, so I asked her what the lounge was near, to which she replied only: "Somewhere between the many shops."

I thought it was very unkind of them to just tell me the name of the lounge, as I had no idea where anything was in Barajas Airport.

Also, when I asked the attendant at their information center where the lounge was, she only gave me the name of the lounge and did not tell me where it was.
