@AmazonHelp So if I order an item using prime for a Wednesday/next day delivery and it's listed to be delivered on Wednesday/next day then I shouldn't expect it until 48 hours after? So you're essentially telling me I shouldn't pay for prime as it's not guaranteed?

@AmazonHelp I've just had a notification that an item has been handed to me yet your driver hasn't been to my house. They have also left boxes outside of my neighbours house none of which are mine. Do you have any option to contact the driver to see where my item is?

@AmazonHelp I've just done that and was told to wait until Friday as he may have accidentally scanned my parcel as delivered and handed to me but decided to keep it until after the day it was supposed to be delivered and may try again🤦‍♂️

@AmazonHelp I haven't received my order, my status says delivered and 'handed to resident' but he hasn't delivered the item. The driver did visit next door and left boxes outside their house. None of the boxes are mine and he didn't come to my door. Can you contact your drivers?
