URGENT FORMAL DEMAND FOR AFFIDAVIT DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO THE DUTY OF CANDOUR AND THE PREVENTION OF ORGANISED CRIME

The exigency of the moment demands that Counter‑Intelligence, over which you preside, abandon all reticence and produce a full, truthful, and verifiable record of the deep‑seated criminal and cover up rot that has for many years been concealed - including interference by members of Crime Intelligence Unit, Politicians, Judges, Magistrates, NPA Staff, file said record before the Madlanga Commission, the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID), and the public.

You are not at liberty to remain mute - saving South Africa is key now, if you keep quite, the Cartel within SAPS will like cancer grow and eat away and swallow the entire SAPS. The tenure of power is inherently limited on your part, and the imminent risk of destruction, theft, or concealment of critical files by the Zulu Cartel within SAPS pose danger to South Africa – more so by corrupt elements within the South African Police Service (SAPS) or by political and criminal cartels – compels immediate action. You have to lay out all the names of rotten and thier shady deeds, including judges and magistrates.

2. DISCLOSURE OF CRIMINAL NETWORKS AND INDIVIDUALS

I require you Major-General to depose to an affidavit /divers affidavit (with the held of the entire Counter Intelligence) that identifies by name, rank, alias, and operational capacity all natural and juristic persons involved in the following criminal enterprises within the Republic:

1. Drug Cartels – including all domestic and transnational narcotics syndicates;
2. Gun Smugglers – to include manufacturers, importers, distributors, and facilitators of illicit firearms and ammunition;
3. Chemical and Poison Smugglers – including all actors dealing in toxic substances, chemical precursors, and poisons for unlawful purposes;
4. Terrorist Funders – any entity or individual providing material or financial support to proscribed terrorist organisations;
5. Tender Cartels – specifically those rigging public procurement processes, whether within state organs or private consortia;
6. Syndicates Operating in the Republic – any organised crime group, domestic or foreign, engaged in racketeering;
7. Explosives Smugglers – including those supplying commercial or military-grade explosives for illegal acts;
8. Precious Metal Smugglers – illicit traders in gold, platinum, chrome, and other strategic minerals;
9. Money Laundering Cartels – networks designed to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity;
10. Gold and Diamond Smugglers – unauthorised extraction, beneficiation, and cross‑border movement;
11. Human Trafficking Syndicates – those engaged in forced labour, sexual exploitation, or servitude;
12. Drug Distribution Systems – logistics, storage, and retail networks for narcotics;
13. Cash‑in‑Transit Cartels – persons planning, executing, or benefiting from armed robberies of armoured vehicles;
14. Hitmen Cartels – organised groups offering contract killing and assassination services;
