@metaplexmovies@JohnDiLillo The way he perfectly times the slow zoom with Dern’s motion so her face isn’t ever obscured by the monitor (which he is simutlaneously using to narrowly frame Jackson’s face to build a sense of claustrophobia)
@OMGLX @adulture Yes! So much of TFS is a story about Ghosts - who they are, what it means to be one, why they pair with Guardians. Cayde giving up his Light to restore ours, and in doing so reuniting with his Sundance, is the perfect ending to this story.
@st0ry0fthegh0st@MacticsG1@JOverrated Panoptes was a cool boss model placed into one of those “4D Theatre” rides that simulates a roller coaster. It was a cutscene with minor interactable elements. Meanwhile, Lightfall’s narrative was bad but a number of the missions were still fun, well-designed encounters.
@cooperben048@BeguiledGamer Agree to disagree. 😄 I quite like the Calus fight (especially on Prestige), and the Gauntlet is a top 5 encounter in my book.
